Fraud is a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment in the Arizona State Prison. Any person suspected of obtaining or assisting another to obtain goods and services to include a Defensive Driving Program for the diversion of a Civil Traffic Violation under fraudulent circumstances shall be referred to the local court of jurisdiction with a report forwarded to the Arizona Supreme Court.
Further, the information will be reported to law enforcement authorities for investigation and prosecution under Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 13.
